AI Image Prompt Enhancer
Prompt Enhancer turns a plain idea into a detailed image prompt for modern generators — Flux, Ideogram, DALL·E, Nano-Banana and similar. Select a short description anywhere, press one global hotkey (⌃⌥⌘P on Mac, Ctrl+Alt+P on Windows), and it’s expanded in place into a structured prompt — subject, style, composition, lighting and mood — in under four seconds.

From idea to image prompt
Image models reward specificity. A three-word idea gives you a coin flip; a detailed prompt with subject, art style, composition, camera/lens, lighting and mood gives you control over what comes out.
Prompt Enhancer’s image preset expands your idea along exactly those axes — and because image models are trained mostly on English captions, it outputs the enhanced prompt in English even when your draft was in another language, for the best result.

How it works
- Type your idea in your generator’s web app, Discord, Notion — anywhere.
- Select it and press the hotkey.
- The idea becomes a detailed image prompt, in place.
It works system-wide — macOS uses the Accessibility API, Windows uses UI Automation, Electron/web apps fall back to clipboard automatically — so there’s no extension to install.
One app, more than one generator
The image preset writes prompts that work across modern image models. Using Midjourney specifically? The Midjourney prompt enhancer page covers its parameter style (--ar, --v, --style). The same app also carries text presets for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, plus video and deep-research presets — pick the target, get the right structure.
Honest caveats
- It structures the descriptive prompt; you still pick model-specific settings (resolution, aspect ratio, seed) to taste.
- The enhanced prompt comes out in English by design, even from a non-English idea.
- The macOS DMG is Apple-notarized since June 2026 — installs without Gatekeeper warnings.
