Terms of Use

The deal

Prompt Enhancer is provided as-is. The Free tier is free. The Lifetime Pro license is a one-time payment and grants perpetual personal use on your computer.

What you can do

• Use it for personal or commercial work — your prompts, your output, your project.
• Install on up to 3 devices on the matching OS family (per license key).
• Cancel at any time (nothing to cancel — there's no subscription).

What you can't do

• Resell, sublicense, or share license keys.
• Reverse-engineer the binary to build a competing tool.
• Abuse the managed Anthropic proxy (rate limits apply — fair use ~500 enhancements/day).

Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund on Lifetime Pro. Email hello@promptenhancer.online with your order ID.

Liability

Use Prompt Enhancer at your own risk. We're a small indie team — we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by use of the app or its outputs (which are generated by Anthropic's Claude).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the EU. Disputes resolved in the seller's jurisdiction.
